TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through the CELA Racing online store and the use of products and services offered by CELA Racing.
By placing an order through the CELA Racing online store, the customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms of Service and any policies applicable to the order.

2. Scope
CELA Racing sells sim racing hardware, accessories and related products through its online store.
Products currently offered may include, among others:
- CELA GT Control Module,
- CELA RaceSignal,
- accessories and replacement components,
- access to CELA Control Center software.
The detailed characteristics, specifications, compatibility and contents of each product are described on the relevant product page.
3. Technical Requirements
To use the CELA Racing online store, the customer requires a device with internet access, a current web browser and an active email address.
Some CELA hardware functions require compatible computer hardware, software and supported games or simulation titles.
Compatibility requirements applicable to a particular product are stated on the relevant product or software page.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their equipment meets the stated requirements before purchasing the product.
4. Product Information
CELA Racing makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications and other information displayed in the store are accurate.
Minor differences in appearance may occur as a result of manufacturing processes, materials, display settings or product revisions, provided that they do not materially affect the agreed characteristics or functionality of the product.
Photographs and visualisations are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible.
CELA Racing may improve or modify products over time, provided that such changes do not reduce the functionality or characteristics expressly agreed for an already placed order.
5. Prices
The price payable for a product is the price displayed in the store at the time the order is placed.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed during checkout.
Delivery charges are not included in the product price unless expressly stated otherwise.
The applicable shipping cost is displayed before the customer completes the order.
CELA Racing does not currently offer a general entitlement to free shipping.
Any discounts, promotional prices or special offers apply only under the conditions stated for the relevant promotion.
6. Placing an Order
To place an order, the customer must:
- select the desired product and configuration,
- add the product to the cart,
- provide the information required to process the order,
- select an available delivery method,
- select an available payment method,
- review the order and total price,
- accept the required terms and policies,
- submit the order and complete payment where required.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the information supplied during checkout is complete and correct.
After placing an order, the customer will receive an electronic confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.
The sales contract is concluded when CELA Racing accepts the order and sends confirmation of the accepted order electronically.
CELA Racing may refuse or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a legitimate reason, including:
- an obvious pricing or technical error,
- suspected fraud or unauthorised payment,
- inability to verify payment,
- product unavailability caused by a technical inventory error,
- incorrect or incomplete information preventing fulfilment,
- an order that would require delivery outside the supported delivery area.
If an order that has already been paid for is cancelled by CELA Racing, the amount due to the customer will be refunded using the applicable payment method.
7. Payment
Available payment methods are displayed during checkout and may include payment cards, BLIK, Apple Pay, Google Pay or other payment methods supported by the payment provider.
The availability of particular payment methods may depend on the customer’s country, device, payment provider or other technical factors.
CELA Racing does not guarantee that every payment method will be available to every customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, payment is required in full when the order is placed.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers.
8. Pre-Orders
Certain CELA Racing products may be sold as limited pre-orders before they are available for immediate shipment.
A pre-order requires full payment at checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.
For the pre-order batch opening on 30 August 2026:
- CELA GT Control Module is limited to 30 units,
- CELA RaceSignal is limited to 30 units.
Once the allocated inventory of a product is sold, further orders for that pre-order batch will not be accepted.
Products offered in this pre-order batch are not available for immediate shipment.
Dispatch is scheduled to begin from 1 November 2026.
By placing a pre-order, the customer acknowledges and expressly agrees to this later fulfilment schedule.
The date stated above is the scheduled beginning of dispatch and not a guaranteed date on which every order will be delivered.
Orders may be dispatched progressively according to production and fulfilment capacity.
The actual delivery date also depends on the destination and carrier transit time.
If a significant delay affects an order, CELA Racing will inform the customer and applicable statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
EU distance-selling rules allow a different delivery period to be agreed with the customer instead of the default 30-day period.
9. Product Availability
Product quantities displayed in the store are subject to availability.
For limited batches, availability ends when the allocated quantity reaches zero.
Placing a product in the shopping cart does not reserve inventory until the order has been successfully completed.
CELA Racing is not required to increase the size of a limited batch after it has sold out.
10. Delivery
CELA Racing currently accepts orders for delivery only within the European Union.
Available delivery destinations and shipping methods are shown during checkout.
The customer bears the shipping cost displayed during checkout unless expressly stated otherwise.
The customer must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because the customer provided an incorrect or incomplete address or failed to collect the shipment, reasonable additional costs of reshipping may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.
This does not apply where the delivery problem was caused by CELA Racing or a carrier selected by CELA Racing.
Risk relating to shipment remains subject to mandatory consumer protection law. Where the seller selects the carrier, EU rules generally place transit risk on the seller until delivery to the consumer.
11. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing standard, non-personalised products online generally have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from receiving the goods, without giving a reason.
Detailed rules concerning withdrawals and refunds are set out in the Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
For an ordinary change-of-mind withdrawal, the customer bears the direct cost of returning the product where the customer has been informed of this obligation in advance.
CELA Racing does not provide free return labels for ordinary change-of-mind returns.
The customer may inspect the product to the extent reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Where handling or use exceeds what is reasonably necessary for such inspection, the customer may be responsible for the resulting diminished value of the product in accordance with applicable law.
12. Personalised and Made-to-Specification Products
Where a product is genuinely manufactured according to the customer’s individual specifications or is clearly personalised, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply where provided by applicable law.
Where CELA Racing offers such a product in the future, the customer will be informed before placing the order that the relevant configuration is personalised or made to specification and whether the statutory withdrawal exception applies.
A customer’s statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming products are not excluded by product personalisation.
13. Non-Conforming or Defective Products
CELA Racing is responsible for products in accordance with mandatory consumer protection rules concerning conformity of goods with the contract.
For consumers covered by Polish consumer law, the seller’s statutory liability for lack of conformity generally applies for two years from delivery of the goods.
Where a product is not in conformity with the contract, the customer may have statutory remedies including repair or replacement and, where the applicable legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
Costs that the seller is legally required to bear in connection with a justified conformity claim will not be charged to the customer.
CELA Racing does not provide an additional commercial guarantee unless one is expressly offered for a particular product.
This does not limit any mandatory statutory consumer rights.
14. Complaints
Product complaints and technical issues should be reported to:
support@celaracing.com
The customer should provide, where possible:
- their name,
- order number,
- identification of the affected product,
- description of the problem,
- photographs or video where these can reasonably assist in diagnosing the issue.
A receipt is not the only possible proof of purchase and CELA Racing will not make statutory consumer rights conditional solely on presenting a paper receipt. UOKiK confirms that other evidence of purchase may be used.
Complaints will be processed within the time required by applicable law.
15. CELA Control Center
CELA Control Center is software provided by CELA Racing for use with compatible CELA hardware.
CELA Control Center is provided free of charge to users of compatible CELA products unless clearly stated otherwise for a future service or version.
Its functionality may include device configuration, profiles, lighting settings, telemetry integration and other supported features.
Supported functions, games and system requirements may change as the software develops.
CELA Racing may provide software updates, bug fixes, compatibility improvements and new functionality.
Some functionality may depend on third-party games, APIs, telemetry interfaces, operating systems or services that are outside CELA Racing’s control.
Information concerning important software functionality and compatibility should be made available to customers before purchase where required for the relevant product. EU consumer rules specifically require relevant functionality and interoperability information for digital products and content.
16. Licence to Use CELA Control Center
Subject to these Terms, the user is granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use CELA Control Center for lawful personal use with compatible CELA products.
The software and its associated branding, interface, graphics and original code remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except where permitted by applicable law, users may not:
- distribute unauthorised copies of the software,
- sell or sublicense the software,
- remove ownership or copyright notices,
- use the software or CELA branding in a manner that falsely suggests affiliation or authorisation,
- deliberately interfere with the operation or security of the software or connected services.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
17. Software Availability and Updates
CELA Racing aims to keep CELA Control Center operational and compatible with supported products, but continuous uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- updates,
- maintenance,
- bug fixes,
- operating system changes,
- changes made by third-party game developers,
- telemetry or API changes,
- circumstances outside CELA Racing’s reasonable control.
Where mandatory consumer law requires updates necessary to maintain conformity of a product or digital element, those obligations remain unaffected.
18. Acceptable Use
Customers must not use the CELA Racing website, software or products for unlawful purposes.
Users must not intentionally:
- attempt to compromise the security of the store or software,
- distribute malicious code,
- interfere with normal operation,
- attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts,
- use CELA Racing intellectual property in a misleading or unlawful manner.
19. Intellectual Property
The CELA Racing name, branding, product designs, original graphics, software, website content and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a CELA Racing product does not transfer ownership of CELA Racing intellectual property.
Customers may use purchased products for their intended personal or professional use but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected CELA Racing materials without permission where such permission is legally required.
20. Third-Party Services
The CELA Racing store and products may interact with third-party services, software, payment providers, shipping providers or simulation titles.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.
CELA Racing is not responsible for changes made independently by third parties, but this clause does not limit any responsibility CELA Racing has under mandatory consumer law for products or services sold by CELA Racing.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable consumer law.
CELA Racing is not responsible for damage resulting solely from:
- use contrary to the product instructions,
- unauthorised modification of the product,
- incorrect electrical connections,
- physical damage caused by the customer,
- use with unsupported equipment or software where incompatibility was clearly disclosed,
- circumstances outside CELA Racing’s reasonable control,
except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Personal data is processed in accordance with the CELA Racing Privacy Policy.

24. Changes to These Terms
CELA Racing may amend these Terms where reasonably necessary, including due to changes in law, products, services or store operation.
Changes do not retroactively reduce rights acquired by customers under contracts already concluded.
The version applicable to an order is the version in effect when the order is placed, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
25. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Polish law.
For consumers residing in another EU Member State, this choice of law does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence where applicable.
Nothing in these Terms limits the customer’s mandatory statutory consumer rights.
